It looks like Bioware has abandoned their game all together. Regi...
Bioware has removed the Denuvo anti tamper technology from it’s recently released game Mass Effect Andromeda. They did this with a new update 1.09. The patch fixed various single player bugs, and added new multiplayer content and features and also apparently removed Denuvo from the game. [interaction id=”596732935cc7ece51b3602e0″] It isn’t clear if this was intentional or not as there was no information about it in the official patch notes. Oddly enough, in a previous update of Mass Effect Andromeda(1.05) a newer version of Denuvo was included. Although the game has been cracked within 2 months of its release. Some of the other games have had their Denuvo removed by their respective developer are Hitman, Doom, Inside etc. They might be trying to redeem themselves by...
Here’s what added in the latest patch for Mass Effect Andromeda: Improved Character Creator We’ve expanded the options available in the character creator, giving you greater control over your Ryder’s appearance. Two new heads were added, one male and one female, as well as a new complexion option and a greater range of available skin tones. We also unlocked all hairstyles for both sexes, and added a new bald option. For players wanting to adjust their look mid-game, we added the ability to change your character’s appearance onboard the Tempest. And for fans of Alec Ryder’s iconic appearance, you can now choose to keep the default Alec, rather than having his appearance be based on your custom Ryder. Expanded Male Romance Options for Scott Ryder Scott Ryder can now pursue Jaal as a ro...
The views on Bioware’s latest entry to the epic Mass Effect franchise, Andromeda have been mixed, to say the least. The game does have a lot of issue which need solving, and amidst all the different reactions, it’s natural to wonder what the future holds for the series. According to Kotaku, sources close to the studio have said that Bioware has turned Bioware Montreal (the studio that developed Andromeda) into a support studio, and put Mass Effect on a hiatus for now. Though it’s highly unlikely that the studio will pull the plug on the popular sci-fi franchise, we may not get to see another Mass Effect adventure anytime soon. Here’s the official statement Kotaku received when they reached out for a comment: “Our teams at BioWare and across EA put in tremendou...
Well, even the Andromeda galaxy doesn’t seem to be out of hackers’ reach. Mass Effect: Andromeda, released on 21st March, has been cracked in two weeks, by the group known as CPY. CPY has previously been responsible for cracking major Denuvo protected games like Watch Dogs 2 and Just Cause 3. While the game in itself has been the target of numerous jokes on the internet, thanks to its facial animations and bugs, we on the other hand feel that it is better than what people are making it out to be. We’ve been livestreaming Mass Effect: Andromeda on Facebook and our official review is supposed to go up in a day or two, so keep your eyes peeled for that as well. It looks like the hackers have yet again gotten the best of Denuvo. What does this mean for DRM and anti-piracy mea...

Mass Effect: Andromeda has already had its fair share of reviews and BioWare has already released its first patch. And if you already have hands on this game then you will know what those problems are. Some of it is on the surface and some problems go way deeper. But that doesn’t mean it is full of flaws. It also has done a very good job with some of its physics and game play from the previous games. I guess the issues we currently face have to be put on hold for a while and look into what BioWare has fixed with its first patch. It fixes some of the issues that the users reported from the EA/Origin early access version. The patch would have been downloaded along with the game and will be a part of the final version of the game. As noted down by BioWare, this patch fixes the black scr...
Driving in an all-terrain kickass looking vehicle is making a huge comeback in Mass Effect: Andromeda. The latest video shows off the Nomad, which replaces the Mako from the original trilogy, and its various upgrades. As the video above (via IGN) shows, it’s possible to call down the Nomad from wherever the player has a forward operation base. Then, you jump into the vehicle, and off you go to explore the uncharted areas of various planets. In the video the character heads off to look for resources to mine. It also talks about the upgrades to the Nomad, including a six-wheel drive, which lets you access steep areas with ease. Some other upgrades feature a handbrake for better control, shields for extra protection, and upgrades to boost for more speed. Mass Effect: Andromeda is set to...
Last year on 7th November, also known as N7 day among Mass Effect fans, Producer Fabrice Condominas teased that a multiplayer tech test would take place for the upcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda. However, in a recent blog post, Bioware announced that it won’t be happening. “Join us at the BioWare Base (room 2AB) and be one of the first to join APEX and defend our new home in Andromeda. Featuring different character kits each day, this is your chance to try out Mass Effect’s fast-paced cooperative multiplayer on PC,” the post reads. “While we will have live multiplayer at PAX East, there will no longer be a multiplayer tech test for players at home. Thank you to everyone who signed up. We look forward to seeing you in Andromeda.” When PCGamer reached out to the ...
With just a few more weeks to go before the release of Mass Effect: Andromeda, Bioware has revealed more details about the game. According to DualShockers, Lead Designer Ian Frazier tweeted that a good portion of the team is still working on the day-one patch. The patch is supposed to be primed and ready before Andromeda launches on EA Access and Origin Access, about five days before the game’s release. To this, Producer Michael Gamble said that this is indeed the plan, but nothing can be confirmed yet. Additionally, Bioware also confirmed that Andromeda’s size on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be somewhere between 45 and 60 GB. On the PC, the file size is apparently about 55 GB. Mass Effect: Andromeda is set to release for the Windows PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on 21s...
