Mass Effect Andromeda Lead Writer Leaves To Work On Destiny

The Bioware team developing the next Mass Effect game, Mass Effect Andromeda has lost yet another core member from their team, this time being their lead writer, Chris Schlerf. As confirmed on Twitter by Schlerf, he left Bioware to join Bungie, the team developing Destiny. He had been with Bioware for almost two years before which hee worked at 343 Industries on Halo 4, who are the same folks working on Destiny. Schlerf’s LinkedIn page contains some possible hints about Andromeda, which he described in his tweets as a game that will “blow people away,”. A few months ago, near the end of 2015, another high-ranking Andromeda developer, senior producer Chris Wynn, left BioWare. He has since joined H1Z1 developer Daybreak Games. ‘Mass Effect: Andromeda’ Trailer Song Linked To ‘The Witcher 3’?

While Witcher 3 has garnered praise from all quarters. Even the upcoming Mass Effect game’s trailer at the now concluded E3 2015 featured a western-style song. Which apparently had a lot to do with the game’s story. Reportedly, it also links to CD Projekt RED’s “The Witcher 3” A tweet by Yanick Roy of BioWare Montreal. The lead is supplemented by a Reddit survey leak that was popularized about three months ago.   Intrigue emerged when one “Mass Effect” fan asked Roy if he could change the E3 trailer’s Johnny Cash theme to something more befitting of the franchise’s typical soundtrack. E3 Diary: EA – Sports and Stuff

EA’s lineup this year was, what’s the word I’m looking for here? Yes, Anaemic. Besides announcing Mass Effect Andromeda and giving a few new details about Battlefront 3 and Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, all they had were annual sports games and a small puzzle platformer.
