Just Cause 3, To Get The New Mech Land Assault Contect Pack This June

Just Cause 3, To Get The New Mech Land Assault Contect Pack This June

If you just finished Just Cause 3 and might be looking to cause some more chaos, well then you’re in luck. The second content pack for Just Cause 3’s Air, Land and Sea Expansion Pass, the Mech Land Assault is about to come this June (June 3 for Season Pass owners and June 10 for those without the pass )

Rico Rodriques will be back on the island of Lacrima, which is a home to an abandoned eDen research facility and a prison camp which is being ran by a mysterious “Black Hand”. In Mech Land Assault Rico will have to fight off against the powerful Mechs with the new Bavarium Power Core rifle, disable their shield and hijack them. Once Rico is inside he can use their powerful cannons and new GRIP Gravity Guns to hurls and mash the enemy into paste or pieces (or whatever you see fit).

The content pack will include the following:

• Pilot two types of powerful Mech and drive them anywhere in Medici.
• Unleash the Mech’s Gravitational Remote Influence Projector or “GRIP” to attract and hurl objects at your enemies.
• Jump and smash helicopters from the sky or ground pound tanks with the GRIPS’s “Force Pulse” attack.
• Prove your skills and earn upgrades in Mech arena challenges.
• Call in a Rebel Mech buddy for extra firepower when the going gets tough.
• Includes a powerful new energy weapon, the Bavarium Power Core rifle.

Senior Producer at Avalanche Studios, Tobias Andersson had this to say about the new content

“The Bavarium Wingsuit from the Sky Fortress DLC fundamentally changed how Rico could traverse Medici. This time, we wanted to shake up how Rico interacts with his environment in a similar way. The new Mechs allow Rico to throw enemies, vehicles and chaos objects around like tennis balls – increasing the scope for physics-based fun. Whether you’re juggling a small car or punching helicopters out of the sky, the Mechs give you the opportunity to mess with your surroundings in creative, explosive ways.”

You can get the Mech Land Assault pack for $11.99 or purchase the Expansion Pass for $24.99. The final content pack, Bavarium Sea Heist is set to release by the end of this summer and will be released a week earlier for Expansion Pass holders.
