Last month came as a huge disappointment for PC gamers when Respawn Entertainment announced that the open beta for their upcoming game Titanfall 2 won’t be available on the PC. Now, getting your hands on the game may not seem like a possibility at all, because the game won’t feature in Origin Access, or EA Access for that matter. Respawn confirmed this statement in a conversation with Gamereactor, which implies that PC and Xbox players will not get early access to Titanfall 2, neither will they be able to try it out for free. The studio did say that it might be a possibility in the future, but that won’t happen until next year at least. Titanfall 2 is set to release for the PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One on 28th October. Stay tuned for further updates. For more news and r...
Similar to the Xbox One Elite controller that debuted last year, recent posts on Target.com have listed the Playstation 4 Elite controller up for pre-order. Giving the player the freedom to change the functions of certain buttons, it gives them more control over the game. The design appears to be more curved than the traditional PS 4 controller. Like its Xbox Elite counterpart, it features rubberized grip for a more comfortable grip. The joysticks have also been redesigned, but you will have the options to replace them with the ones that come in the box. The back of the controller also features new paddles like the Xbox Elite controller, offering more customization options. You can map button actions using these paddles, thus keeping your thumbs focused on the joysticks. According to the p...
Mafia III is pretty hyped as it is, and it gets better. The upcoming action adventure game will be getting a ton of DLCs, including a bunch of additional costumes for Lincoln Clay, car customization options and vehicle races. This is the stuff that all players will get for free, irrespective of whether they pre-ordered the game a year ago or buy the game on the release day or wait for a while before they decide to go for it. There will also be three story expansions, in addition to all the free stuff. Faster, Baby! will feature “Fast cars, dramatic chases, and stunt driving take center stage as Lincoln joins forces with his former flame, Roxy Laveau, to take down a corrupt Sheriff terrorizing Civil Rights activists on the outskirts of New Bordeaux.” Sign of the Times: A string ...

The Dead Rising franchise has always been known for one thing – putting a time limit to tasks, thus introducing an urgency with sometimes quite harsh punishments, including a game restart. In spite of having all the freedom to explore, the time limit bound you to completing the tasks in the give boundation, or face the consequences. The upcoming title will abandon the system completely. Unlike Dead Rising 3, in which adhering to the time limit was optional, this time Frank West is going to have all the time in the world to explore the world and kill zombies. Though we don’t know how to feel about ripping a game of its most iconic element, even Dead Rising 3 wasn’t exactly a bad game (and the time limit in that was completely useless, mind you). But we can probably expect ...

Unlike the first title that was completely a multiplayer experience, Titanfall 2 will include a single player campaign which will compliment the multiplayer. The fans had asked for it, the developers are giving it to them, and from the sound of it, it may turn out to be brilliant after all. In an interview with IGN, designer Mackey McCandlish stated,”I think having made as many games as some of the people on the team have, we start to look for opportunities to stretch our limbs and make something that would excite us,” McCandlish said. “We’ve all been influenced by Half-Life and Bioshock and didn’t really have the opportunity to bring that level of pacing and player-centric conflict to games like Call of Duty that are so much about a squad. So this was a reall...
