Sony Confirms Its Gamescom 2016 Lineup, And It’s Bigger Than E3

With only one week to go for Gamescom, Sony has announced all the games it will be bringing to the event, with a lot of playable content (including VR titles) along with games that are currently in development but you can still get a glimpse of.

Posted on Playstation’s German blog, the list includes highly anticipated titles like Gran Turismo Sport, Titanfall 2 and the next Destiny expansion Rise of Iron. There will also be quite a few VR titles for experience, including Batman: Arkham VR, EVE Valkyrie, Resident Evil VII, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood and many more.  

Under the banner of “What Can I See?” are five more titles, suggesting that these will only be on display and not for playing. This list includes Horizon: Zero Dawn, Days Gone, Mafia III, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Detroit: Become Human.

Playable Games at Sony’s Gamescom Booth:

  • Batman: Arkham VR
  • Battlezone
  • Bound VR
  • Eeve Valkyrie
  • Farpoint
  • Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live
  • Headmaster
  • Here They Lie
  • Hustle Kings VR
  • The Playroom VR
  • Resident Evil 7
  • RIGS: Mechanized Combat League
  • Robinson: The Journey
  • Until Dawn: Rush of Blood
  • Super Stardust Ultra VR
  • Tumble VR
  • PlayStation VR Worlds
  • Titanfall 2
  • Gran Turismo Sport
  • Destiny: Rise of Iron

Games on Display:

In addition to all this, Sony will also bring the Playstation Truck to the event, where you can play games like Killing Floor 2, Gravity Rush 2, Ni-oh and many more. Here’s the list for what being called as the Mixed Zone:
