You Can Stream Xbox One Games Through Windows 10
At the Windows 10 event, Phil Spencer from Microsoft disclosed that the Windows 10 operating system will support Xbox One game streaming later in the year. “Wouldn’t it be great if we could play those [Xbox One games] anywhere in the house?” said Mr. Spencer. The new operating system will allow you to stream games to Windows 10 PCs and tablets. Microsoft has revealed that the Windows 10 operating system is going to be a part of Xbox One in the future, as a part of their attempt to widen the aspect of sharing applications across devices and platforms. Nothing in specific was announced, although Xbox boss Phil Spencer mentioned that the games platform would not be compromised by enterprise-centric and desktop-focused applications. EA Reveal Titanfall Deluxe Edition
Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment yesterday announced the Titanfall Deluxe Edition. This bundle has in it the base game and its three previously released expansions: Expedition, Frontier’s Edge, and IMC Rising. Everything put together, they include nine new maps for the multiplayer-centric game. You can get the Titanfall Deluxe Edition for PC via Origin for $40. The Xbox One version will come out through Xbox Live on November 25 for $50. Physical versions of the Titanfall Deluxe Edition have yet not been announced. Halo’s New Nightfall Trailer
Microsoft has come out with a new trailer for Halo: Nightfall, the upcoming live-action series produced by Alien and Gladiator director Ridley Scott. The trailer portrays the protagonist Agent Locke (Mike Colter), who isn’t just the focus of Nightfal, but also features a major role in the 2015 Xbox One game Halo 5: Guardians. The first episode of the series is directed by Battlestar Galactica’s Sergio Mimica-Gezzan and will be shown during the HaloFest live-stream event on the 10th of November. The rest of the series will follow. You can get access to the entire Nightfall series by buying Halo: The Master Chief Collecetion, which comes out on the 11th of November.
Forza Horizon 2 to offer more than 100 hours of gaming
According to Forza Horizon 2’s creative director Ralph Fulton, the game has enough content to keep one bust for more than 100 hours. In an interview with OXM, Fulton talked about how a higher-than-usual percentage of people finished the original Forza Horizon. “When we were talking about ‘more, more, more’–something that we really wanted to take from Horizon was that lots of people finished our game,” he said. “To be honest, a really surprising percentage finished it. Forza Horizon 2’s Launch Trailer
With Destiny hogging all the limelight everyone has sort of forgotten about Forza Horizon 2. Immediately scroll down to the launch trailer, which is all in game footage taken off the Xbox One. New Cars Confirmed For Forza Horizon 2
Just under a month left now for Forza Horizon 2’s release and Microsoft has now revealed more cars that will be available with the game at launch. According to this graphic, the game will have 241 cars, out of which they have announced 210 till date. All of the cars have been “built specifically for the next generation,” Microsoft says in a post on the game’s website today. The list, which includes vehicles dating back to the 1950s up to present day, showcases all the cars that Microsoft has confirmed will appear in the game. Microsoft is expected to add more vehicles to Forza Horizon 2 sometime after launch through future expansions, though this has not yet been confirmed. Forza Motorsport 5 Free This Weekend
Xbox Live Gold members have a good weekend coming. The company is making Forza Motorsport 5 a free play game for the weekend and all you need to do to take advantage of it is to be a have a current Gold Membership. The offer started on the 4th of September and ends on the 7th September. Microsoft is just giving us a taste of the Forza experience as Forza Horizon 2 will be out on Xbox One and Xbox 360 of the 30th of September.
