Demon’s Souls Remake ‘The Music of Demon’s Souls’ Developer Diary

It’s not only the music that defines this world, but also the incredible characters that inhabit it. Some good, some bad, but all with a tale to tell. We were lucky enough to get many of our original voice cast back to take on their iconic roles, with all dialogue being rerecorded. It will be great to see players of the original game falling in love with their favorite characters and voices all over again. Countless hours were spent adding thousands upon thousands of new sounds to the game, really bringing this world to life. These are the sounds of Boletaria that will disturb your dreams. Will you go mad from the incessant beating of the heart and the haunting singing in the Tower of Latria? And how many of you will find courage in the face of the skin-crawling skitterings of the Armored ...

Top 10 Video Game Remasters We Really Want To See Happen

We all have fond memories of the games that we used to play as kids but sometimes when we go back to play them again they just don’t hold up that well. So here’s a list of Top 10 Games that we really need HD Remasters of. Chrono Trigger Chrono Trigger is one of the best RPGs you can play but don’t let that 16bit art style fool you. Originally released in 1995 on the SNES it was received with extremely positive responses. Made by a team of the best RPG makers of that era, the game still holds up really well. Eventhough it has been ported to the PS1, DS and mobile devices I and a lot of fans would love a remake of it in the style of the FF7 remake. If you haven’t played this game already, I highly recommend that you do. Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 and 3 We all know the whol...

Bloodborne 2 Might Be The Next from Software Game In 2017

While this is still speculation, talks about a new From Software game in 2017 are abound. New statements from Teruyiki Toriyama & Masaaki Yamagiwa, both From Software producers, have suggested that a sequel to Bloodborne or a new From Software game is coming in 2017. Speaking in an interview with 4Gamer, both the producers alluded to the fact that From had several games in progress, including a mix if new and existing IPs. They also said that a new From Software game could come before the end of 2017. Dark Souls 3 was the last game by From and DLC for that is still being put out, so there’s no chance of a new Souls game. There’s also little chance of earlier From games since they were only successful inside of Japan, and did not cater to a western audience. Bloodborne 2 loo...

“You Died” For those who have completed the game and miss that screen, it’s time to rejoice! Bandai Namco and From Software have officially announced that the first expansion for Dark Souls III, titled Ashes of Ariandel will be released on 25th October. Now if you had kept up with news regarding the game in general, you would’ve have found out how people were having fun replacing all the in-game textures with crabs or an image of Nicholas Cage (what?!?), so love for the Dark Souls games hasn’t died. Ashes of Ariandel will be the first of the two expansions planned for the game, adding tons of new stuff, including new weapons, armour, magic and a new PvP arena called Immortal Competition. The DLC will also add “exciting lore to expand the overarching Dark Souls...

This Guy Finished Dark Souls 3 Without Getting Hit (SAY WHAT?)

When the name Dark Souls pops up, so does the phrase “You died”. Some may say they’re synonymous. For most of us, Dark Souls is mostly about running away from enemies, getting bashed and dying countless times (and repeat). The game is well known for stripping players of both their dignity and willpower, as they finish it with a small shred of hope that has kept them going. However, there are some who say “bring it on”. Twitch streamer FaraazKhan (or as we like to call him, the chosen one), finished Dark Souls 3 in under three hours without dying, nay, even getting hit even one time. Sounds unbelievable, doesn’t it? Like a total badass, he chose to go for a purely melee combat, so no magic or arrows to help take the enemies down from a distance. He does c...

Dark Souls III Details Leaked

An image has been leaked online by IGN, presumably from From Software’s E3 ensemble, suggesting an early 2016 release for Dark Souls III. This follows rumours circulating in the industry, which pegged a release window of 2016-2017 for DSIII. This title follows the immensely successful Bloodborne, a PS4 exclusive, which happened to be a system seller for Sony.
