With E3 right around the corner and with the hype for it being at a maximum why not talk about what we can expect from certain Studios and what we would like to see from then. Today’s post is all about Ubisoft but nothing about their logo change. So let’s start off with the most anticipated game. Assassins’ Creed Origins Assassins’ Creed Origin or whatever might be the final name, is the series’ return after being on hiatus for a year following the release of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Ubisoft explained that they were taking a year off to iron out issues and deliver a more complete and better game to the fans. The main Assassins’ Creed series has until now always traveled to the future in every iteration but Origins takes it back to Ancient Egypt,...
A little over a week ago, a local American newspaper by the name of Great Falls Tribune reported that a film crew was shooting a live action trailer in Montana for a game set in the West. At first, it was assumed that the game was Red Dead Redemption 2, even though live-action trailers aren’t Rockstar’s MO. Some fans did quite a bit of digging, and found out that the Producer involved in the trailer doesn’t work for Rockstar but Ubisoft. The newspaper also reported that producer Jeff Guillot said, “This is a sequel to an existing global franchise”, meaning that the game is not a new series. While both Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry could be possible candidates to receive a new game, the latest rumours point to the next Assassin’s Creed game being set...
Sunny Deol is known for many things, his acting and dancing not being the two of them. But his antics make him a perfect candidate for the main role in a lot of video games (unless you’re playing Dance Central), and it would be unfair if we didn’t honour the angry, not-so-young man on his birthday. So, here is our list of the top five games that would have been perfect for Mr. Deol. Sunny of War (God of War, duh) Kratos doesn’t hold a candle to our Sunny paaji. Let’s face it, the anger, the rage and the struggle, these are all iconic trademarks of this great man. The Greek Gods shit their pants when he roars. If you don’t believe me, check out this clip of this underrated superhero pulling out a hand pump from the ground and then tell me if Zeus stands a chanc...
This is probably the first year since 2009 in which we haven’t seen an Assassin’s Creed title (thank God for that!), and though a major title in the series is expeted to release next year, it may not happen after all. In an interview with Gamespot, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guilllemot said that Assassin’s Creed will be “back when it’s ready”, and we shouldn’t expect a sequel in 2017. “What we saw in the development of the next Assassin’s Creed was that we had an opportunity to take it to another level,” Guillemot said. “So we said we’ll take all the time it takes to make the experience fantastic. It was feasible because we have other games. There’s a huge potential in this game to revolutionise the IP, so we said, ‘...
Today we bring you 5 games that are really upbeat and work like your uncle at your cousin’s marriage, but are starting to show signs of fatigue and really need to take a break before they collapse from exhaustion. Telltale Games Telltale are the folks behind the successful franchises such as The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead, and are singlehandedly responsible for bringing back the Adventure game genre from the dead. They now have franchises such as Batman, Back to the Future, Game of Thrones, Borderlands, Minecraft, and am I the only onee who sees the burnout potential here? You CAN have too much of a good thing. People do, after all, get sick on chocolate ice-cream. LEGO Games LEGO games are LEGO versions of games/movies/anything and are mostly fun children’s games where...
Far Cry Primal is being developed by Ubisoft and will be releasing on 23rd February. Here are 3 reasons why is it going to give all of us a great caveman experience. Gameplay- Becoming a caveman ain’t easy Far Cry Primal is is set in pre-historic times. The guns in Primal are replaced with spears and bows as seen in the trailers which will have to be crafted after gathering enough resources like stone and wood while scavenging. Players would even have to hunt for food and lead their tribe and keep them safe from the opposing tribes and wild animals. ...
