Here are Sarthak’s Top 10 games of 2017:
1. Middle Earth Shadow of War
It was a delight to feel so much power and be in control of a game since the Shadow of Mordor.
2. Nier Automata
It is weird, yet I couldn’t keep my hands off it.
3. Call of Duty WW2
My first console was a PS2 and it was a delight to take a nostalgic trip back to WW2 with Call of Duty in those pretty graphics.
4. Zelda Breath of the Wild
I played this one on an emulator on my laptop. It was pretty buggy, yet it was so so enjoyable.
5. Divinity: Original Sin 2
A perfect blend of Story, environment and gameplay.
6. For Honor
I always wanted to play as Viking and For Honor did a fantastic job. However, I’m not in favour of them removing ‘u’ from ‘honour’. #Britist_English_Rules
7. Assassin’s Creed: Origins
Assassin’s Creed is one of my favourite series and Origins was a total delight with its revamped gameplay and beautiful Ancient Egypt.
8. Cuphead
I love and hate this game so much. Oh, the nostalgia!
9. A Mortician’s Tale
I’m pretty sure many of you haven’t even heard of this game. In fact, you can’t even call this 40-minute adventure a ‘game’. Yet, it was one of the best and most soothing experiences of 2017.
10. Doki Doki Literature Club!
Again, not something you can call a proper game and not something I’m proud to mention. Yet, it was so good I had to mention it.
