Sony’s first party studios have a tendency to deliver top of the class gaming experience since the dawn of PlayStation in 1994 with PlayStation 1 and studios like Santa Monica Studios and Insomniac games are a living witness to my words. Today, PlayStation is over 23 years old, and it has evolved into a community, a sensation and Sony’s first party studios are at the core of it. The studios are determined to make PS the best place to play with the titles they are working on. These titles are few of the most awaited gaming titles worldwide. Naughty Dog The legendary studio behind the Uncharted series and the emotional roller coaster ride, The Last of Us, is confirmed to be producing The Last of Us Part II. The trailer was released earlier this year at E3 2017. Santa Monica Studi...
Dave Ballard, an ex-employee at Naughty Dog accused a lead of sexual harassment in a series of Twitter posts on Saturday. He wrote that he was let go from the studio after informing the HR department of Sony, saying that he was offered $20000 in severance, on the condition that he remains silent about his time with the studio. Starting off, we’ll be looking at some of the biggest names in the gaming industry, and then head on to the smaller studios. Also, we will have Indian game developers added to the list in upcoming parts. Ubisoft Known For: Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Prince Of Persia, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six Currently Working On: Assassin’s Creed:...
Naughty Dog has a history with trilogy as they had a trilogy in PlayStation One with Crash Bandicoot, Jak and Daxster on PlayStation 2 and Uncharted on the PlayStation 3. Although it might not be soon as Naughty Dog releases their game after a long development period. The characters of the Last of Us franchise are laid out and people have grown a liking towards them, same thing happened with Nathan Drake from Uncharted series. But The Last of US Has a ...

The Uncharted 4’s expansion ‘Uncharted:The Lost Legacy’ has received a statement from Rajan Zed, the President of Universal Society of Hinduism. While he welcomed the exploration of Hinduism and it’s beliefs in Video Games and other medium, he also expressed concerns about it being taken lightly and not given due respect. The statement says: [interaction id=”595f4aeaf7ddd65e0bce080d”] “Refashioning of Hinduism scriptures, symbols, traditions, concepts and deities for mercantile greed was likely to hurt the sentiments of devotees; and misrepresentation created confusion among non-Hindus about Hinduism,” reads the statement. “Insensitive handling of faith traditions sometimes resulted in pillaging serious spiritual doctrines and revered symbols.” As the ga...
The announcement of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was an exciting moment at the PSX, and now Naughty Dog has shed some more light on what we can expect from the game. Speaking to the PlayStation Magazine UK, studio Creative Director Shaun Escayg said, “It will be tonally different, but in the same context of the Uncharted world. India’s got really nice iconography: hidden temples and weird deities we can play off of, so it’s a perfect setting for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.” Game Director Kurt Margenau also added that there will be some differences in the gameplay. “I would say we’re going a little more wide this time. I don’t want to give too much away, but it’s something we’re excited about on the gameplay side, this kind of contrast of an urban setting and a rural setting; a tighter ...
