Tis the season to play FIFA! Watch this short but funny commercial for FIFA 15. The video below feature Chelsea’s Eden Hazard take on Barcelona’s Lionel Messi in a game of FIFA 15. You have your snowmen, reindeer and gingerbread-men cheering them on as they try and out smart their opponent.     Watching this video really made me look forward to this winter, although the weather in Delhi is pretty terrible.

Messi confirmed as FIFA 15 Cover Star

To many it doesn’t come as a surprise as Argentinian goal-scorer Lionel Messi has been named the FIFA 15 global cover star. Though he was on the loosing team in the World Cup final, he is considered by many the best player in the world at the moment. He was named Man of the Match four times and scored that many times during his nation’s run to the finals. Messi has had many chances to feature on the cover of FIFA games. After all, the Barcelona striker was featured on the global cover of past games like FIFA Street (2012), FIFA 13 (2012), and FIFA 14 (2013). FIFA ’14 Cover Updated

EA Sports have updated their the box are for the upcoming edition of FIFA. Football sensations Lionel Messi and Gareth Bale are the two stars to feature on the cover, the only change being the appearance of a Real Madrid jersey on the cover. Bale was initially depicted in his previous club, Tottenham Hotspur’s jersey. But on the day of the transfer deadline Spurs sealed the deal with Real Madrid which in turn made Bale the most expensive player in football history. This change means that there will be two Spanish clubs on the cover. And this also means that for the first time in the FIFA series, no Premier League stars are going to be present on the box art of the game. FIFA’14 UK Cover to be revealed next week

EA Sport will be revealing to us which football star will feature along side Messi in the the UK version of FIFA’14 next Monday. It is almost certain that Manchester United’s Javier Hernandez will be joining Messi in the North American version of FIFA’14. EA Sports Reveal FIFA’14 Cover

EA Sports have shown glimpses of what the next installment of FIFA may look like, and it’s no surprise that Barca’s striker Messi, for the second consecutive time would appear on the cover of FIFA’14. However, EA Sports are currently surveying for which other footballer should join on the cover of FIFA’14. Various other footballers will be revealed for each region later this summer.
