Ubisoft senior producer Dominic Guay confessed that protagonist in Watch dogs is “not necessarily a good guy,” but is someone gamers can relate to. Aiden Pearce, the main protagonist in Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world action game Watch Dogs, is said to have shades of grey. Senior producer Dominic Guay explained in a new ZoomIn Games video interview that Ubisoft was inspired by Dexter from Showtime’s Dexter. “The way we designed him is that he would not necessarily be a good guy or a bad guy,” Guay said. “So we’re inspired by characters like Dexter, where the main character is not necessarily a good guy, but he’s a person with flaws, with qualities; someone we can relate to and that you will bond with even though he does sometimes things ...

4. Zack isn’t stupid We all know Sucker Punch wasn’t the best of his movies, and we have right reason to believe that he may screw this one up too. But we tend to forget that he has been learning from Christopher Nolan and David S. Goyer and it was with their help that he portrayed a very interesting, and in my opinion, a rather unique spin on Superman. He seemed to have a knack for for portraying stories. ‘Man of Steel’ was a good movie, after all it was of Kent finding his way in this world, not pun intended, and I think he did a good job in making the audience feel the detachment and alienation he felt. 4. He’ll work behind the scenes Affleck isn’t that sort of an actor who just does the bare minimum required, but actually gives a lot of input ...
As if there wasn’t enough hype about Superman and Batman starring in the same movie, and then have Bale declining a 50 million dollar deal, we are now faced with the suspense of who would be cast as the next Batman. And the world was quite shocked, some would even say disappointed, when Ben Affleck chosen as the next Batman. The net was circling with negative comments about how he wont be able to do a good job and also how he didn’t do a convincing job as comic character in the past. We’ll admit that Daredevil wasn’t one of his best movies, but I don’t think we are giving this actor the credit he is due. Here are just 8 of the many reasons why I think he could potentially do a good job as the next Batman- 8. He won’t be taking this one lightly In Novembe...
It’s here!!! A feast for your eyes…just another 19 days
With little over a month left to the release of NBA 2K14, 2K sports have finally released a trailer for the game. The trailer looks to be more or less the same to last years, there isn’t much that is new in this game for this years edition other than the players etc. The cover art features Basketball Star LeBron James of Miami Heat who also happened to produce the sound track for the game. 2K Sports announced a DLC pack for those who pre-order this game. But on the whole, nothing that really excites us that much, maybe its cause we’re Indian. I mean, basketball, isn’t exactly one of the popular sports around. But nevertheless, we wish this game well and hope its a success.
With less than around 3 weeks from a worldwide release, GTA V is probably getting much more publicity than it expected. The games official trailer is scheduled to be released tomorrow. The game has had a couple of trailers out already, but this one is the main thing before the game itself. This game is a global hit and gather a lot of attention on its own. But in the recent past, there have been some ‘mess ups’ that have led to the game being more publicized than intended. Hackers somehow used pre-loaded files from the PS3 version of the game to reveal story details. Sony were extremely apologetic for this foul up. Another incident that took place recently involved Sony Uk’s Twitter account which suggested that the game would also be coming to next-generation systems. The...
After hearing the news that Rocksteady Studios would no longer be bringing us the last installment of the Arkham Series, many gamers around the world were a bit apprehensive about it. Warner Montreal only had a very small role of developing the ports for the previous games and now were given the mammoth task of literally the whole game. However, after seeing the trailers that they have come out with, we can safely say that faith has been restored. The game stays true to its comic-origins and fast paced action. Looks like Warner Montreal took this task up as a challenge and have really gone through with it and are giving us what we want. From the trailers we can not only see that this is going to be an epic game, but we also see certain aspects that were taken from Nolan’s Batman Tri...
How we miss being at Gamescom 2013 at Cologne 🙁 Here we are with the three most popular games among the game journalists are discussing amid the chaos of the world’s biggest gaming event. So here’s the list: 1) TitanFall I am a big fan of Pacific rim and Transformers so it did not come as a surprise that I am eagerly waiting for this action packed game. The addition of a rocket powered double jump, the ability to run along walls, and of course, the inclusion of personal Titan mechs, all add up to a thrilling and frenetic FPS experience. Oh, and the application of story mechanics to the multiplayer experience is really cleverly handled. 2) Dead Rising 3 Well all of you did love the trailer so did I 🙂 This one looks to be one entertaining game. The Smart Glass integration which...

WB Games Montreal and DC have released their most recent trailer of the Batman Arkham franchise, titled “Nowhere to Run”. This trailer promises gamers to expect virtually the same fast paced fighting that they got in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City and also reveals the extremely versatile, ‘Firefly’. We first heard about Firefly when it was rumored that this villain was going to appear in the game’s multiplayer mode which will allow gamers to control a member of Joker or Bane’s gang while battling Batman and Robin. The villains named included Killer Croc, Firefly, Black Mask, Deadshot and Deathstroke. We did write an article on the 4 reasons Origins may be a fail, but after watching this trailer, we’re sorta having our own doubts. Batman: Arkham Ori...
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist is releasing this weekend to rescue bored gamers from the usual games. Check out the top 5 facts which makes this edition of Splinter Cell irresistible. 1. Different Play Styles to suit all types of gamers Three different playstyles (Ghost, Panther and Assault) will give players a multiple ways to tackle the game’s many missions. Here is what Lead game designer Laurent Malville had to say about the process for creating these methods of play: The big thing we realized when working on these play styles was that, if a player could use Assault and go out there guns blazing with no consequences, why would they try the other ones? So we have to challenge each play style equally. With Assault, you can go on all-out attack, buy gadgets and armor, b...
