Xbox One Gets PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds As Console Launch Exclusive

Bluehole, Inc., announced today from the Microsoft press conference at E3 2017 that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, the first standalone Battle Royale video game with more than three million units sold on Steam, will launch exclusively on Xbox One’s Game Preview Program later this year. The final game will launch in 2018 across the Xbox One family of devices, which includes Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X. “Microsoft’s Game Preview program allows us to get feedback directly from players, something that has been crucial to our success on Steam Early Access,” stated Chang Han Kim, VP and Executive Producer at Bluehole, Inc. “Furthermore, Xbox Live’s solid multiplayer capabilities will enable us to deliver the most complete Battle Royale experience to players worldwide.” PlayerUnknown’s B...

E3 2017 Highlights: EA Press Conference

E3 kicked off this year with the EA Press Conference and boy did they like to tell and not show. They spent so long talking that people were genuinely upset and just wanted to see the games, so lo and behold, a highlight of the EA Press Conference. Need For Speed: Payback This game was previously announced but we were only shown a short trailer. At their press conference, we got to have a better look at the game and its mechanics.  From what we’ve learned, the game will feature 3 playable characters with different skills and the game will also feature a day and night cycle. Now we’ve discussed the games that we really want to see this year at E3 2017, and we tried to keep our expectations tempered. But if we were to let our wishful thinking free, then we would also want to see the following games, but probably won’t. So here are the top 10 video games we probably won’t see at E3 2017. Elder Scrolls 6 With the massive success that Skyrim was, it wouldn’t be too far fetched to think that Bethesda will put out another one soon.
