With E3 2017 around the corner it’s time to climb aboard the hype train, and talk about video games that we are excited to see this year. So here are the top 10 video games that we want to see at E3 2017. Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Speaking of the hype train, the next installment in the Tomb Raider reboot, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider was leaked via a presentation left open on the subway. The game is definitely in development, though there have been no official announcements yet. There’s also the possibility of this game being announced at the Microsoft Conference, shown off on the Xbox Scorpio, with some sort of exclusivity deal like with Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Last Of Us 2 Shown briefly at last year’s Sony Conference, we want to know more about Ellie and Joel’s next...

Top 5 Sony E3 2017 Predictions For PS4

E3 is turning up pretty soon and rumour mills are in overdrive! Xbox no doubt will be bringing the Project Scorpio to the floor with a whole host of exclusives (we hope) for all to see. But today, I want to think and imagine, what could Sony bring? Here are my 5 Insane Sony E3 2017 Predictions that could and might happen. 1. Single Player Mode for Star Wars Battlefront 2   The 1st one was probably really good in the fact that it captured the awesome vibes of the movie with its competitive multiplayer and had a good hold on the graphics with the mountains of Hoth and the deserts of Tatooine. But it missed out on giving us a great single player mode like the original. Hopefully this time we can get a campaign on Star Wars Battlefront 2 that we all can’t wait for. Right? 2. Death S...

Sony @ E3 2016: Two Sides To Every Coin

Sony’s showcase at E3 2016 was a huge success, and nothing short of a spectacle. And how could it be? With a live orchestra, gorgeous games and huge titles, it was everything we expected it to be, and more. But there’s one small thing that seems to have slipped most people’s attention. Apart from Horizon: Zero Dawn, most the games that Sony announced are still “in development for PS4”. The footage from God of War is supposed to be an early first glimpse and no comments have yet been made regarding the release date for God of War. Similarly, Death Stranding, the new game from our beloved Hideo Kojima, is TBA regarding release. The same goes for Days Gone. Sony simply went ahead and gave us brief glimpses of it’s projects lined up for years down the line. Microsoft could’ve had t...

Microsoft @ E3 2016: Honesty Not Always The Best Policy?

Most of us can agree that Sony emerged a clear victor at the E3 2016 conference, thanks to their spectacular showcase and amazing titles. Microsoft also had quite a few tricks up their sleeves, but they fell short. BUT. And it’s a big ‘BUT’ (no pun intended). Announcing Project Scorpio along with Xbox One S may not seem like a great idea, BUT they laid all their cards on the table. For someone who does not yet own a console and wants to get into gaming right now, the Xbox One S is not that bad a bet. It provides you the power of Xbox One in a 40% smaller form factor, and it also comes with inbuilt power supply. While the Project Scorpio may turn out to be the most powerful console yet, One S bridges the gap between the past and the future. With 4K support for Blu-ray video, and HDR gaming,...

Microsoft @ E3: Xbox One S, Project Scorpio And Much More

Microsoft kicked off its E3 press conference this year with the sleeker, slimmer version of the Xbox One – the Xbox One S. Priced at $299 for the 500GB model, the new addition provides the punch given by its predecessor in a smaller form factor with built-in power supply, thereby removing the need for the cumbersome power brick you need for the Xbox One. Check out the Xbox one S in the video below:   There was also a lot to offer in terms of video game titles, with independent developers getting special attention. Some of the major titles announced are as follows: Gears of War 4: Microsoft announced the newest addition to the Gears of War franchise, showcasing actual co-op gameplay footage from Gears of War 4, which you can check out on the official Xbox YouTube channel:   Forza ...

E3 2016 – Sony Outshines The Competition?

This year’s E3 conference showcased a lot of promise from all the developers, but we can’t help but feel that Sony clearly takes the cake. From an eargasmic start from the composer of the OST to “God of War” to the end with an actual gameplay footage of their new zombie survival game, “Days Gone”, the entire showcase is a delight to watch. It feels much more focused and streamlined when compared to Microsoft, Sony’s arch rival in the world of gaming. While Microsoft had a lot of amazing content to offer in terms of both hardware and games, it’s easy to notice that they might have been a little too eager to push their next major addition to the Xbox One family – Project Scorpio. Scheduled for release during holiday season ’17, they announced it right along the Xbox One S, the slimmer, cheap...

EA E3 2016 Highlights: Battlefield 1, Mass Effect Andromeda, FIFA 17 & More

Yes EA had its own separate conference prior to E3 official, but it’s all part of one big show. Here are the main highlights: Battlefield 1 With epic scale battles, involving an array of vehicles (motorcycles, tanks, horses, etc), and a ton of environmental destruction, Battlefield 1 keeps the hype train alive.   Mass Effect: Andromeda Though scarce on details, the trailer for Mass Effect Andromeda looks stellar and ambitious. One can only hope that this isn’t EA milking the franchise.   Titanfall 2 In what seems to the actual competition to Call Of Duty, Titanfall 2 looks fast, with a lot of verticality.   FIFA 17 In what may or may not be a valuable addition to the series, FIFA 17 will come with “The Journey”, a single player campaign. Well, if raci...
