Battlefield 4’s final expansion, which I find so appropriately named “Final Stand” is releasing on the 18th of November according to the announcement made by Electronic Arts announced on its blog.
The Final Stand DLC includes four arctic-themed maps and new, futuristic weapons. Battlefield 4 premium members get their hands on the content first before its out for the public on the 2nd of December.
Final Stand features four maps–Operation Whiteout, Hammerhead, Hangar 21, and Giants of Karelia, all of which take place in wintry environments. Another aspect that is brought to the fore-front is the near-future weapons/gadgets such as a DS-3 DECOY gun attachment that emits false blips on enemies’ mini-maps and the XD-1 Accipiter, a remote-controlled, LMG-equipped drone.
