Watch Dogs 2 has just received a new update, 14 gigs in size, that adds new clothing, some tweaks, and fixes some bugs. But more importantly, it’s adds a little bit of extra dialogue to the ending, which is quite cryptic, and might be hinting at what’s to come in Watch Dogs 3, and where it might be set.

Man 1: How much of this is hyperbole? Has it really gone global?
Man 2: There are new Dedsec cells popping up everywhere. The Middle East, South America, Europe. And not just them. We can’t even keep up with all the new hacktivist groups.
Man 1: Alright. Make the call.
Man 2: You Sure?
Man 1: Do it.
What do you make of this? Is this hinting at new DLC content? Or is this the set up for a full blown sequel? I do think that this might be setting the game up for Watch Dogs 3, as Ubisoft has already announced that the upcoming DLC is based in San Francisco.
