There’s not too much one needs to say to try and sell this movie really. Guardians of the Galaxy was a relatively unknown franchise till the movie released and was an absolute hit! With top stars like Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista and Vin Diesel the movie was set to leave a mark on the industry. And now the second part seems just as promising. This is the third time this story is getting told, first as a book by Eric Nylund, second as three four-issue comic book series published by Marvel, and now the animated series. The meat of the book takes place in the times before the original trilogy and concerns the pre-war human empire, the murky past of SPARTAN program and origins of Master Chief.
