Dontnod Entertainment, the makers of Life is Strange, are working hard on their upcoming horror and gore filled title Vampyr, and it looks like the game is only to be more brutal here onward. According to a list of projects submitted by CD Projekt Red for a grant fomr the Polish GameINN program, it seems like the scale and potential of their new upcoming sci-fi RPG Cyberpunk 2077 is massive. After Assassin’s Creed, Now There Will Be No Far Cry Next Year

This is probably the first year since 2009 in which we haven’t seen an Assassin’s Creed title (thank God for that!), and though a major title in the series is expeted to release next year, it may not happen after all. 2K and Firaxis Games today revealed that Gilgamesh will lead Sumeria in Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, launching on Oct 21 st for Windows PC. Little is known about the real Gilgamesh, the main character in the Epic of Gilgamesh and other Sumerian poems. In the epic, Gilgamesh, king of the city of Uruk, is described as part god and part man, and has several run-ins with various gods as well as a sage who is said to have survived the Great Flood depicted in the Bible. Scholars generally concur that Gilgamesh was in fact a real person, as several individuals referenced in the epic are confirmed to have lived in the region at the time, between 2800 and 2500 BC. Microsoft has released the official launch trailer for their upcoming installment in the Gears of War series, Gears of War 4.    The trailer shows off the new cast, including JD Fenix, Del and Kait, who fight alongside Marcus Fenix along to the tunes of Metallica’s Nothing Else Matters as covered by Lissie. It also features some new enemy types and vehicles. The game also received some new screenshots which you can check out below. Gears of War 4 is set to release for the Windows 10 PC and Xbox One on 11th October. The open beta for the DICE’s upcoming FPS, Battlefield 1 concluded recently, and based on the feedback, DICE has announced some upcoming changes to the game. Lead World Designer, Daniel Berlin said in the official post,”When we build a new Battlefield game it’s important for us to try new things, we want to stay fresh and renew the franchise with each new installment. However, it’s equally as important that we take the feedback that you, the community, are giving us.” One major change being made to the game would be to the Conquest Mode.
