UFC super star Conor McGregor is set to appear in the upcoming Call of Duty game.
The featherweight champion tweeted on the 3rd of September of his involvement with the Call of Duty franchise.
The best team up with the best! As a huge fan I am honoured to be in a @CallofDuty game. #ad pic.twitter.com/l2LZ7vws02

And just last night he took to Instagram to post this f***ing badass picture with the caption –
When the biggest need the baddest to do work, I answer the call.
The post also mentions to keep an eye out for an announcement by Activision.
Up until UFC 202, the Irishman was focusing solely on his rematch with Nate Diaz, determined to leave a mark in the lightweight division. After coming out the victor in the fight, McGregor was supposed to have been taking things slow. Clearly his idea of taking things slow doesn’t quite match with ours.
Activision also published the same image on their Instagram account but haven’t mentioned the athlete’s character or how big a part his character will play in the game. McGregor is set to star alongside Kit Harrington, who is set to feature as the game’s villain.
But with the sort of game Advanced Warfare turned out to be, many feel that the futuristic setting isn’t working for both the publishers and gamers. Perhaps, McGregor is just a ploy used to get people into buying the game. It’s a good plan though. I mean I can’t be the only one who wants to see Conor blowing up shit with a gun.
No I mean like in a video game.
Cheap shot Activision, you won me over though.
I’m buying.
