Some leaked images from Kotaku suggest that this year’s Assassin’s Creed will be set in 18th century Paris.
The Paris-set screenshots which were obtained from an anonymous source were of an ‘early-in-development’ version of the game. It features Notre Dame and the Seine river in the background. For now the game is dubbed Unity, though it is not clear if this is the actual title or just a codename.
The word around is that this year’s Assassin’s Creed will take place during the French Revolution and feature a new protagonist named Arno.
The leaked images also suggest a new feature – ‘parkour up’ and ‘parkour down’ which have buttons mapped for them.
