Titanfall 2 Won’t Be A Part Of EA Origin Access
Last month came as a huge disappointment for PC gamers when Respawn Entertainment announced that the open beta for their upcoming game Titanfall 2 won’t be available on the PC. Now, getting your hands on the game may not seem like a possibility at all, because the game won’t feature in Origin Access, or EA Access for that matter. Respawn confirmed this statement in a conversation with Gamereactor, which implies that PC and Xbox players will not get early access to Titanfall 2, neither will they be able to try it out for free. You may know that the highly anticipated, upcoming title Titanfall 2 recently got an open beta on the Xbox One and the PS 4. The PC was left out because the developers said that they haven’t optimized the game yet for the different possible configurations. After the tech test, as EA calls it, got over, they said that they had learned quite a few valuable things, and will add some changes before the next tech test takes place, with pilot mobility being on the top of the list. Gamescom 2016: Titanfall 2 Gets Confirmed Beta Details, Dates Revealed
EA and Respawn have officially confirmed that the open beta (or technical test, as they call it) for the upcoming Titanfall 2 will take place on the PS 4 and Xbox One over the next couple of weekends. The first round will start this Friday, and includes two maps and two game modes. The next open beta will add another map and game mode, bringing the count to three each. The beta will frature pilot abilities like Pulse Blade, Grapple and Holo Point, along with two new Titans, Scorch and Ion. Unlike the first title that was completely a multiplayer experience, Titanfall 2 will include a single player campaign which will compliment the multiplayer.
