Patches! Gitch’yer Patches ‘ere! Arkham Knight, GTA V and Witcher 3

This week’s major updated games are: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Batman Arkham Knight. Batman Arkham Knight‘s PC version is still not fixed, and after delaying the Batgirl DLC, WB has announced that the latest patch for the game is coming on July 27th. No fixes have been detailed yet, but prepare for one massive patch notes section this time. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt got a patch this week, the Patch 1.07, and it adds quite a bit, but it also reportedly causes performance slowdowns in consoles. CDPR is already calling it the “Largest patch for the game yet”. The patch is 7.3 GBs on consoles and around 2.2 GBs on the PC. The PC version is just a prep patch and apparently doesn’t do much, with the proper patch arriving soon. You can find a (rather too complete f...

These GTA V PC Images Look Insane

I don’t get why Rockstar games keep posting pictures of GTA V PC when they constantly delay the launch for the platform. Perhaps they think that it would pacify anger PC gamers across the world, but instead I think it frustrates them even more and makes them even more anxious for the game to make its way to PCs. However you chose to look into this, you should know that Rockstar Games released a new bunch images that showcase what GTA V looks like on PC, and as you’d expect, they’re gorgeous. The new batch has 15 images which show exactly how pretty this game can be during the many moments that pass between random killings, car theft, and dalliances with prostitutes. The game comes out on April 14, 2015. Let’s just hope its worth the wait.

GTA V PC Release Date Pushed Back

This is probably heartbreaking news for many gamers out there, especially PC gamers. Rockstar has delayed the PC version Grand Theft Auto V for a third time, pushing the release day as back as April 14th. The game was to ship in Fall 2014, then in late January, and then on March 24th. The latest delay pushes the release back by 3 more weeks. “Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible,” Rockstar said. In an effort to make it up to the players, those who have pre-ordered the game will receive an additional $200,000 in-game cash bonus to use in GTA Online. “Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days unti...

GTA V to soon be available on PC

Most GTA games have some way or the other, after the inevitable delay, made it to the PC. And we think its safe to assume that the latest installment of the game is going to appear on the screens of gaming enthusiasts. However, you’d never hear of Rockstar gaming out rightly saying this. Well, but if Rockstar Leeds put out listings for a Graphic Programmer, then they leave very little to the imagination. This job requires the person to bring the studio’s latest titles to PC. “Rockstar Leeds are currently looking for a talented graphics programmer to help bring our latest titles to the PC platform. Working together with the other Rockstar studios, you will be responsible for maintaining the studio’s uncompromising quality bar, delivering the highest quality PC experience p...
