In case you’ve noticed that recently while playing Grand Theft Auto V on Xbox One and PS4 a slight dip in graphic fidelity and wondered to yourself whether its you or maybe your console giving you issues. You don’t need to worry as it is probably neither of the two. Rockstar Games has acknowledged that the open-world game has encountered this issue since the launch of its latest update, 1.08. You don’t need to worry as the developer is working on it. “We are aware of some graphical issues on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of GTAV after the most recent Title Update, and we are investigating a fix now,” Rockstar mentioned in a post on its support site. “If you would like to receive an automatic email notification as soon as there is more information, please log into the Supp...
Grand Theft Auto V is some game really, I mean the things you can do in its open world environment is just mind boggling. Someone had earlier made a Nat-Geo type of documentary, showcasing the creatures that reside in the ocean. And now someone has recreated the famous bank robbery scene from The Dark Knight which showcases Joker, played by none other than the late Heath Ledger, storm into a bank and steal a large amount of cash.
This is probably heartbreaking news for many gamers out there, especially PC gamers. Rockstar has delayed the PC version Grand Theft Auto V for a third time, pushing the release day as back as April 14th. The game was to ship in Fall 2014, then in late January, and then on March 24th. The latest delay pushes the release back by 3 more weeks. “Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible,” Rockstar said. In an effort to make it up to the players, those who have pre-ordered the game will receive an additional $200,000 in-game cash bonus to use in GTA Online. “Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days unti...
Video games these days are reaching a whole new level when it comes not only to graphics but also replicating real life environments. Earlier I had posted an article about a man who travelled Paris and went to prime locations covered in the latest instalment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise. And now we have the same done with GTA V. The folks over at GTAist went around Los Angeles, which is the city that Los Santos is based on and compared the real life images with screens from the game. Someone please make a game in Delhi then I can get off my lazy ass and maybe walk around a little.
The folks at Rockstar Games have shared the first screens and system specs of Grand Theft Auto V for PC as well as a new release date of March 24, 2015. Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be. Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March. GTA Online for PC, which will support up to 30 players, will launch alongside GTAV for PC and will include GTA Online Heists. Online Heists for consoles will be launching in the coming weeks ahead of the PC launch. Click ...
Rockstar Games just released this new gameplay footage from their next gen version of Grand Theft Auto V which reveals the new first-person shooter perspective available to next gen adopters. Well, that’s something. Not only will Xbox One and PS4 players get first-person mode, higher resolution, and more wildlife, but they’ll also get cool vehicles, new weapons, new events, and new missions. Ah yes, but will we see the Sasquatch wang in higher resolution? And when we punch mimes, will the sound of their bones crunching be even crisper and more satisfying? Important questions, these. For everyone who already has GTA V for Xbox 360 or PS3, Rockstar will let you transfer your character (once) to Xbox One, PS4, or even to the PC version coming out early next year. The Xbox One and PS4 version ...
I just noticed exactly how much of a difference the next gen consoles and the current gen consoles have on a game. The following gifs are of GTA V on a current gen console and on a next gen console and it will show you exactly what I mean. As is evident from the pictures, Rockstar has added a lot more detail and texture to objects and surfaces which has a direct affect on the lighting and shadowing system, and improved skyboxes.
