While we won’t experience anything quite as awesome as the trailer below, the game itself has a lot of promise. Bethesda’s poor decision to go with the archaic subscription fee model is unfortunate, but then again, we suppose they had to find a way to pay for all that top-tier voice talent. According to Game Politics, a class-action lawsuit filed against Rockstar Games and Take-Two has been dismissed by a US District Court in California. The plaintiffs argued that Rockstar and Take-Two failed to deliver the full, promised Grand Theft Auto 5 experience – in specific reference to the online portion of the game, GTA Online. The suit claimed the state of Grand Theft Auto 5 at launch last September was “unlawful,” “unfair” and “fraudulent” on the part of Take-Two and Rockstar. Judge Virginia A. Phillips didn’t approve of this as there is no language on the Grand Theft Auto 5 packaging guaranteeing the online portion of the game “immediately.” Source: David Hinkle
Another pack of gear is going to be introduced to Payday 2 sometime in February, courtesy of Gage the weapons dealer. And obviously they put in four new masks, along with new patterns and materials to customize them. The Gage weapon pack 2 DLC will be av...
So there is a rumor going around in the twittersphere about the way The Order: 1886 is being privately defined in a rather interesting way: The Order is being described privately jokingly as Sony’s first Naughty Dog game. Take that for whatever it means graphically. Whatever comes from “insider” isn’t usually the way it seems and is always something else to it, but it’s actually pretty easy to understand. They’re probably referring to the cinematic approach that The Order 1886 has taken and that it resembles Naughty Dog’s game quite closely. Source: dualshockers
