Far Cry 4 Co-Op Gameplay
We now have some footage for Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world action game, Far Cry 4. PlayStation Access posted a ten-minute gameplay video of the game’s co-op mode on PS4. If you have played Far Cry 3 then you’ll remember that it had a co-op mode, but it was quite restricted compared to Far Cry 4’s, which on the other hand gives you access to the entire game world, rather than of smaller sub-sections. Far Cry 4 Welcome to Kyrat – Part 1: Lowlands
Over the past few weeks Ubisoft has come out with various trailers that give you a glimpse of what we can expect from the game. But recently they revealed a new trailer for Far Cry 4 which is the first one of the series to introduce you to the open-world game’s new setting: Kyrat. Part one of the series primarily focuses on the lowlands, a “massive” region between the rolling hills and wetland marshes which consists of a web of mountain roads spreading across the planes. The main bad guy, Paul Depleur, a drug runner and the leader of the royal army belonging to Far Cry 4’s main villain Pagan Min, commands this area. Far Cry 4 Trailer Showcases Pre-Order Bonus
In case you were on the fence about preordering a copy of November’s open-world action game Far Cry 4, this video should pretty much make that decision for you. The video showcases everything you get for reserving a copy. All preorders for Far Cry 4 get bumped up to limited edition, which features three “exclusive” missions featuring Hurk (from Far Cry 3). The best thing about the limited edition has to be the super awesome harpoon gun, called The Impaler. As seen in the video, Ubisoft also mentions the Far Cry 4 limited edition will unlock “more monkeys.”Far Cry 4 launches November 18 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Far Cry 4 closely resembles a T.V. Show called “Survivor” that I used to watch many years ago. Not so much the violence part of things but the whole concept of, well….surviving. Far Cry 4′s lead platform is PC
Good news for PS4 and Xbox One owners, but PC gamers also have a reason to rejoice. Ubisoft isn’t exactly well known for the quality of its ports from consoles to PC, especially in the realm of optimization. Far Cry 4 shouldn’t suffer from that kind of problems. You can ride Elephants in Far Cry 4
Much like its predecessors, Far Cry 4 will allow you to do your killing in the same quiet and stealthy fashion. But we can see many gamers opting out of that when you can ride an elephant. It really doesn’t get much cooler than that! You can pretty much smash through gates and take aim at helpless enemies with your shotgun. The video below from PlayStation Access will show you two very different approaches to getting through a certain section of the upcoming open-world FPS. Crossbows are like the bare minimum you need to do to get through, but getting all king-of-the-jungle on rather shocked enemies…that pretty fun too!

Far Cry 4 is ‘clearly’ on
Ubisoft will go on to make a sequel to Far Cry 3, said Senior VP of marketing and sales Tony Key. “It’s a great brand, and now it’s got the recognition it deserves, so we’re clearly going to make another one: more on that soon,” said Key to Gamespot. He also said that they have received a lot of recognition from combined retail and digital sales around 6 million as of May, which makes this game one of Ubisoft’s best games with Assassin’s Creed 3 and Just Dance 4. The recent spinoff to Far Cry 3, “Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon” was released in April and has proven to be quite something.
