Far Cry 4’s Second Patch Out For Xbox One and 360

Ubisoft are really working hard with coming up with patches especially with two of its front runners– Far Cry 4 and Assassin’s Creed Unity. The publisher has just released a second patch for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of its open-world FPS, Far Cry 4. Ubisoft Pranks Players With Pirated Versions of Far Cry 4

In rather funny news today, a bunch of Far Cry 4 owners involuntarily revealed that they had pirated the game by going online and talking about one of the glitches they had encountered. Ubisoft has devised a way to ensure that certain Far Cry 4 torrents contain a certain error which removes the game’s field-of-view controls. Without those controls, the picture becomes blurry and distorted. After a few more players ranted on about this glitch they found online, a developer at Ubisoft revealed the true reason for the problem. Alex Hutchinson, a creative director at Ubisoft Montreal, wrote on Twitter: “PC players! We’ve seen a lot of trailers and footage of the game and it looks like its going to something insane. Ubisoft Announces Collaboration with Cliff Martinez on Far Cry 4 Soundtrack

Ubisoft announced that it partnered with Film Composer and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Cliff Martinez to compose the original game soundtrack for its upcoming open-world, first-person shooter Far Cry 4, the much anticipated sequel to the #1 rated shooter of 2012. Ubisoft has been on a roll lately with videos of their latest game’s footage. “Welcome to Kyrat” is the newest trailer for Far Cry 4, the upcoming open world game. The highly impressive trailer takes us on a visual tour of Kyrat’s regions. Also on display is the game’s deep forests that play host to the Arena blood sport competitions, and are are replete with wild animals, drug traders, and more.
