The Dead Rising franchise has always been known for one thing – putting a time limit to tasks, thus introducing an urgency with sometimes quite harsh punishments, including a game restart. In spite of having all the freedom to explore, the time limit bound you to completing the tasks in the give boundation, or face the consequences.
