Microsoft has released the official launch trailer for their upcoming installment in the Gears of War series, Gears of War 4.
The trailer shows off the new cast, including JD Fenix, Del and Kait, who fight alongside Marcus Fenix along to the tunes of Metallica’s Nothing Else Matters as covered by Lissie. It also features some new enemy types and vehicles.
The game also received some new screenshots which you can check out below.
Gears of War 4 is set to release for the Windows 10 PC and Xbox One on 11th October. The game is a part of the Xbox Play Anywhere initiative, meaning you can purchase the digital copy of the title on one platform and play it on the other as well, carrying along your progress and achievements. Note that the Play Anywhere feature only applies to digital copies.
