We now have some footage for Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world action game, Far Cry 4. PlayStation Access posted a ten-minute gameplay video of the game’s co-op mode on PS4.
If you have played Far Cry 3 then you’ll remember that it had a co-op mode, but it was quite restricted compared to Far Cry 4’s, which on the other hand gives you access to the entire game world, rather than of smaller sub-sections.
The video showcases all the different types of game mechanics which include swimming, shooting, driving, flying and elephant riding.
Thankfully Far Cry 4 supports co-op on all platforms, but PlayStation users are into for a special treat. PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 Far Cry 4 players with PlayStation Plus subscriptions will receive ten invitations they can send to friends who don’t have a copy of the game. These gamers can then play a free trial version of Far Cry 4’s co-op mode, though there are some limitations, which isn’t such a bad deal if you ask us.
For more on Far Cry 4, which launches November 18 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and PC.
