With update 4.0 released last month, every PS 4 got HDR capabilities, making it not-necessary to own a PS 4 Pro to be able to enjoy crisper, brighter graphics. Of course, you do need an HDR compatible screen and a game with HDR support to go with that. Fans will be glad to know that in the latest patch, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided gained HDR compatibility for the PS 4 and Xbox One S, making it the first HDR-capable PlayStation 4 game. In addition to this major update, there were also a lot of bug fixes, new items and Breach mode customization was also included in the patch. It’s hard to see a downside to this. CI Games has released a new trailer for their upcoming game Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3, which claims to be a reinvention of the series. In contrast to the linear approach followed by its predecessors, the new title in set in an open world. The new trailer focuses on this new change, showing off some of the game’s huge maps, in which players can travel to enemy camps in mountains. You can also decide you way to approach your targets depending on the situation; a far off headshot from a sniper rifle or go right in their face, guns blazing. Well, looks like Activision has no faith in Infinite Warfare at all, as indicated by a possible key detail about how users will get to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. The official website for Modern Warfare Remastered has been updated with text that says “Modern Warfare Remastered is a full game download (game disc must be inserted to play Modern Warfare Remastered)”, suggesting that you may need the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare disc in order to play Modern Warfare Remastered. The game is supposed to be a digital-only title, which seems to be available only through the premium editions of Infinite Warfare. The open beta for the DICE’s upcoming FPS, Battlefield 1 concluded recently, and based on the feedback, DICE has announced some upcoming changes to the game. Lead World Designer, Daniel Berlin said in the official post,”When we build a new Battlefield game it’s important for us to try new things, we want to stay fresh and renew the franchise with each new installment. However, it’s equally as important that we take the feedback that you, the community, are giving us.” One major change being made to the game would be to the Conquest Mode. Beware, not recommended for people with weak stomachs. Resident Evil VII has just received a new trailer, and it sure looks spooky. It features zombies feasting on entrails while sitting around a dinner table which you get to see in a first person perspective. Breaking the convention, this title resembles more to a full fledged horror game rather than a third person shooter. The game also got two new screenshots, one of an creepy and ominous abandoned room, while the other is a close up shot of the zombie banquet. Come on, just because the guys are (un)dead doesn’t mean they’re not allowed to be classy.
