Box Art Revealed for Destiny PS4

Come take a look as Bungie and Activision reveal the first box art for Destiny today: the PS4 cover. Here it is 🙂 What do you think? We think they could have done better. Destiny is out towards the middle of next year, and will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One as well as PS4.

Watch Dogs might run on 30fps on Xbox One, PS4

PS Games to potentially stream to PC’s, TV’s and Phones

PlayStation games may one day stream directly to PC’s Smart TV’s and even smartphones. Once this phenomenon becomes reality, PlayStation will be seen as more of a service rather than just a mere line of consoles. SCE Worldwide Studios head, Shuhei Yoshida said that the rollout of Gaikai’s cloud services on PlayStation 4 next year is only the start of what the company hopes to achieve, in an interview with Dengeki Online. “Speaking of the ultimate goal, we would like to deliver PlayStation games to all devices,” he said. “So we’re considering various things like PC, TVs, Blu-ray players, smartphones and tablets. This is what Metal Gear Solid 5 gameplay looks like

Konami did a live demo of a Metal Gear Solid 5 mission at TGS (not a real mission, but it does take place in a real game location), running on PS4 and showing off the Fox Engine’s ability to render sunlight. Check  the video. MGS: Ground Zeroes has also received a quartet of screens, care of Konami. PlayStation 4 Hardware Specs

Coming in a hundred dollars cheaper than the Xbox One, the PS4 gives Microsoft stiff competition in the gaming industry. Sony has said that the PS4 will be powered by a custom 8-core AMD  “Jaguar” x86-64 with integrated graphics APU and “next-generation” AMD Radeon graphics processor capable of driving 1.84 teraflops. It also comes packed with a 8GB GDDR5 memory, which makes it competitive with most PC focused games available in the market. Although E3 has finished, Sony continues to disclose more and more information about its latest product, PS4. Their most recent news has to do the consoles interface and with it social functions. The panel based page not only displays your games but also your friend’s recent activities as well as access the Playstation store. You can view your friend’s trophies, recent activities, shared videos, etc by clicking on their profiles. Sony has also confirmed that you can choose to appear by your PSN ID to strangers and by your actual name to friends. You can like your friend’s activities. The next generation of FIFA is coming

As the football frenzy grips the globe, FIFA 14 will be released in the near future on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well as current-generation consoles, and according to developer EA Canada, there are a host of changes to the upcoming installment of the football franchise. The most visible change in the upcoming game is the implementation of crowds that are now fully rendered in 3D throughout stadiums.
