Batman Arkham Series Bundle Plus DLC’s
In lieu of the highly anticipated ‘Arkham: Origins‘, Warner Brothers have put together a pack which includes the first two games in the series, plus their DLC’s. According to US retailer, Gamestop, the pack includes the Batman: Arkham Asylum (Game of the Year Edition) including its four additional challenge maps: Scarecrow Nightmare, Crime Alley, Totally Insane and Nocturnal Hunter. Batman: Arkham City (Game of the Year Edition) is also in this package with its own additional challenge maps- Harley Quinn’s Revenge mission, the Catwoman pack, the Nightwing bundle pack, Robin bundle pack, Challenge Map Pack, and the Arkham City Skins pack. FIFA ’14 Cover Updated
EA Sports have updated their the box are for the upcoming edition of FIFA. Football sensations Lionel Messi and Gareth Bale are the two stars to feature on the cover, the only change being the appearance of a Real Madrid jersey on the cover. Bale was initially depicted in his previous club, Tottenham Hotspur’s jersey. But on the day of the transfer deadline Spurs sealed the deal with Real Madrid which in turn made Bale the most expensive player in football history. This change means that there will be two Spanish clubs on the cover. And this also means that for the first time in the FIFA series, no Premier League stars are going to be present on the box art of the game. Battlefield 4 Open Beta to come out in October
EA has announced that Battlefield 4 open Beta is set to come out on the 1st of October. In a blog post, the publisher revealed that the beta for the upcoming shooter will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC four weeks before it officially launches . EA had earlier mentioned that a weapons customization option would be present for this game earlier this month. Battlefield 4 officially launches on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 29 in North America, October 31 in Australia and November 1 in Europe. The Xbox One version will be available on November 19 in North America and November 21 in Europe, with the PlayStation 4 version launching November 12 in North America and November 29 in Europe. At last, a new trailer gives a close-up look at all the fancy tech and effects in the open-world murder simulator’s posh versions, for people who like gawping at render passes. The list of pretty includes dynamic foliage, rolling seas and extra-pretty shallow waters, a weather system with oodles of rain particles and shiny dynamic rippling wetness, and global illumination. All versions have similar effects of course, and some like the dynamic navmesh for boarding ships are downright crucial, but they’re all next-gen on next-gen systems, see. Metro: Last Light “Developer’s Pack” DLC
The dates for Metro: Last Light’s Developer’s Pack add-on has been declared. It releases September 17 for PSN, Xbox Live and PC in North America, and September 18 for PSN in Europe and the rest of the world. The pack is around $4 and is the result of a test level the developers used to experiment with different weapons and AI during the making of the game. So now all weapons are available, including one that the developer will share details about next week. Dead Rising 3 to be bigger than 1 & 2 combined
Dead Rising 3’s world is said to be larger than the first two games combined, according to a report from the Financial Post Capcom Vancouver representatives also mentioned that players are more likely to use vehicles to move around the massive gaming environment for about 50% of the time. Executive Producer, Josh Bridge, said that next generation hardware is making a bigger, more seamless world possible. And this also means that Dead Rising 3 will not have any loading screens between areas. “We wanted to go truly open-world this time around.
