Along with the PlayStation 4, the accessory is also compatible with the PlayStation 3. There is a switch so that you will be able to change the platform compatibility.
According to the listing, Hori Tactical Assault Commander 4 is expected to come out in the U.K. on the 9th of October.
With that said, Hori did release the Tactical Assault Commander 3 (which is only compatible with the PlayStation 3) in the United States.
