Developer Matt Thorson has announced that TowerFall Ascension, the four-player competitive platformer will be available on the Xbox One, along with its Dark World expansion.
Originally released for the Ouya console in 2013, the game was released on the PS 4 in 2014, and the PS Vita with cross-buy support in 2015. The game was originally announced for the Xbox One in 2015, but back then no definite release date had been provided.

TowerFall Ascension and Dark World will launch on the Xbox One on 25th January, meaning within a week.
