CI Games has released a new trailer for their upcoming game Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3, which claims to be a reinvention of the series. In contrast to the linear approach followed by its predecessors, the new title in set in an open world. The new trailer focuses on this new change, showing off some of the game’s huge maps, in which players can travel to enemy camps in mountains. You can also decide you way to approach your targets depending on the situation; a far off headshot from a sniper rifle or go right in their face, guns blazing. The game also lets you drive cars and turn your enemies into roadkill. Fun times! The much awaited, critically acclaimed Sniper: Ghost Warrior has finally received a release date. After the game’s original 2016 release was pushed back to 2017, the fans were a little disappointed. But you will be glad to know that the game is set to release worldwide on 27th January, 2017, adding it to the list of highly anticipated upcoming games. The game is developed by CI Games, a Polish studio, and will be showcased at Gamescom this year.
