Next up, Bethesda. A lot of rumours flying around with a new IP and VR versions of games. So let’s have a look at what we can expect from Bethesda at E3. Starfield This is what has people most excited. A brand new IP from Bethesda that takes place in Space! From the leaks that may or may not be true, this game is supposed to be a part of the Bethesda Universe where Fallout is the beginning and Elder Scrolls the far future with this being in-between in the time period.  With planet’s developed by developers and procedurally generated worlds as well, we wonder if this game will by the ultimate hype and then fail miserably. But from what we’ve read till now it seems to be a competitor for the Mass Effect series and I’m really excited to know about this new IP. Fallout ...

Travel To The Ruins Of Sarnath In New Quake Champions Trailer

If any of the recent Quake Champions trailers are a clue, the game can be expected to be fast-paced, action-packed and extremely intense. The new trailer, however, shifts focus, with a serene look at the Ruins of Sarnath map. Don’t get me wrong, there are still plenty of blood, gore and heavy guitar riffs, but there’s also time to take a good look at the environment. The official Bethesda description reads: “Time weighs heavy on the Ruins of Sarnath and nature has taken hold, dripping verdant greens into the wreckage of this ancient temple. Now, untold ages after they rose from the inky blackness of the Dreamlands, the Ruins of Sarnath are a blood-soaked killing field where Champions from the waking world fight to the death.” Quake Champions is set to release for Wi...

Quake Champions ‘Blood Covenant’ Trailer And Screenshots

Bethesda and id Software have released the first Arena map trailer in a series of Arena trailers for the upcoming title Quake Champions, called the Blood Covenant. You can read the full overview as provided by Bethesda below: Blood Covenant. Faceless monks tend its onyx-lined sluiceways, lest even a gobbet of the celebrants’ ichor should fail to reach their Ravening Shepherd. The Bridge Combat on the bridge consists of players using the high ground to shoot down on the players on the mid-level Balcony, while also defending against an influx of players from the lower Catacombs. In Sacrifice this becomes a difficult point to maintain control of, unless your team utilizes the side balconies to provide cover and flank attackers. Side Balconies Combat here consists of players using the Bridge a...

You Can Play Quake Champions Without The Champion Abilities In Custom Matches

Making arena type FPS characters more unique by giving them special abilities seems to be a new trend. Battleborn, Overwatch, even Call of Duty: Black Ops III, all give you some kind of powers based on the character you choose. Though the game will feature all the cool stuff that made us fall in love with the Quake series (including rocket jumping, fast movement, scurrying around the map for different weapons), Champions will be the first game to adopt this unique ability format. Fans of the classic Quake experience have had a mixed reaction to this, however. Many want the old school experience in today’s high detail graphics. “We want to make sure we give people what they want,” Project Lead Tim Willits said in an interview with Gamespot. “If you create custom game...
