On the Mech_Con stage this year, Piranha Games announced MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries. MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries is the first stand-alone single player title in the MechWarrior series in nearly 15 years, and will be released for the PC. Featuring intense PvE ‘Mech combat in a campaign driven by player choice, the story is set in an advancing timeline starting in the year 3015.
