Atlus has revealed another Phantom Thief in their latest video, and this time it’s Haru Okumura. Voiced by Xanthe Huynh, Haru is one of the older members of the group and comes from quite a well-off family. But the live of splendour and riches comes at a cost, and the cost for her was her freedom. Growing up, she was always told what to do, and how to think, always doing what was expected of her like a good obedient girl. But breaking the chains, she joins the Phantom Thieves as Noir to make good use of her Persona, Milady. You can check out the character introduction video below.
