The game is in many ways an evolution of 2011’s Mortal Kombat. The gruesome fatalities and x-ray attacks that Mortal Kombat is famous for are more disgusting/gut wrenching than ever. These fatalities are made much more convincing due to improved special effects. It is very easy to get caught up with the visuals and forget there is a deep and meaningful game underneath. And we don’t blame you; cause almost each and every move in the game shows you yet another way to torture someone. But that doesn’t divert the focus away from its original motive, “K”ombat. The last Mortal Kombat delivers a robust story mode. The fight for the out world realm has stirred up great turmoil causing fallen elder gods and demons alike to contend for the seat by any means necessary. It remains a similar tale but a...
