PS Plus: Free Games for June 2017

Greetings, PlayStation Nation! The PS Plus lineup for June is in, and we have some excellent games to share. This month, we’ve got Killing Floor 2 and Life is Strange. Killing Floor 2 is a first-person co-op zombie shooter set in the immediate aftermath of Killing Floor. Tasked with descending into continental Europe to combat the outbreak of the zombie virus, players will form groups of up to six and work together to eradicate the undead and save civilization. From there, rewind a bit with the excellent 5-part episodic adventure Life is Strange. Follow the story of Max Caulfield, a photography senior who discovers she can rewind time. Vampyr Gets New Screenshots, Combat Details Revealed

Dontnod Entertainment, the makers of Life is Strange, are working hard on their upcoming horror and gore filled title Vampyr, and it looks like the game is only to be more brutal here onward. A press release was sent out today included a bunch of details about the combat gameplay and also some new screenshots, giving a glimpse into the gory world of Vampyr. Here’s how it reads: “Armed with an array of conventional melee and ranged weaponry, attack and dodge foes to fill up Jonathan’s Blood Gauge, required to unleash powerful vampire attacks. Being a teenage girl was never easy. You experience a lot of things for the first time ever – from utter bullcrap to life altering events that can turn your world upside down, and make you feel that your only superpower is fucking up.  Dontnod Games have tried to capture that inner turbulence with the self-discovering journey of Life is Strange. Life is Strange To Get A Live Action Adaptation

Legendary Digital Studios and Square Enix will join forces on the development of a digital series based on the critically acclaimed, multi award-winning video game, Life Is Strange™, it was announced today by Greg Siegel, Senior Vice President of Development and Production for Legendary Digital Studios. The project will be developed and produced in conjunction with Dmitri Johnson and Dan Jevons of dj2 Entertainment who recently produced the upcoming film Sonic the Hedgehog for Sony Pictures.
