The official website for Modern Warfare Remastered has been updated with text that says “Modern Warfare Remastered is a full game download (game disc must be inserted to play Modern Warfare Remastered)”, suggesting that you may need the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare disc in order to play Modern Warfare Remastered.
