Mafia III – The Heist Gamescom Trailer
Mafia III, the critically acclaimed upcoming crime game has received a new trailer titled “The Heist”. It follows Lincoln Clay, the protagonist partnering up with the Italian mob in order to rob the Federal Reserve. However, things go south when the Italian mob double crosses Clay. This trailer appears to showcase an even that acts as an important factor that inspires Clay to get revenge. It looks impressive and provides us an insight about the characters and the story. Previously, two trailers were released that showcase the gritty life in the world of Mafia III. The game will be released on 7th October for the PC, Xbox One and PS4. Tomyris leads Scythia in Civilization VI
2K and Firaxis Games have revealed that Tomyris will lead Scythia in Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, launching on Oct 21st for Windows PC. Tomyris assumed leadership of her group of nomadic pastoral tribes in 530 BC upon the death of her husband, the current chieftain. Her exploits were mentioned in the works of several great ancient writers such as Herodotus, Strabo, Polyaenus, Cassiodorus and Jordanes. The most notable story about Tomyris involves the Persian ruler Cyrus the Great and his efforts to invade and subjugate Tomyris’ people. Game of Thrones and The Lord of the Rings star Sean Bean is the voice of the tech trees for Sid Meier’s Civ 6, as confirmed by PC Gamer. After voicing the game’s E3 launch trailer, he is back as the voice behind the historical quotes that play after each time you complete a research on a new technology.
