Star Citizen, the uber hyped upcoming space simulation title from Cloud Imperium Games has gotten a fresh new demo for CitizenCon 2016.
Titled as Procedural Planets V2, the video shows a mission answering a distress beacon from a planet’s surface. As a sandstorm rolls in, you find a surprise lurking for you in the dunes, demonstrating the perils and the environment of the planet, along with the kind of weather systems that Cloud Imperium is planning to implement in the game.
According to Chris Roberts, the demo is realtime and live in-game engine, and indeed one of the best videos we have seen about the game yet, in terms of both scale and content.
