Capcom has announced that their upcoming horror survival title Resident Evil VII: Biohazard, released with the teaser Beginning Hour has been updated, with some new areas now available for exploration.
The demo, which is now available to all the PS 4 owners, not just the ones with a PS Plus subscription, has updated areas and new items, and is now called the Twilight Version.
Now, in Beginning Hour people came across some items they couldn’t use, including the mysterious dummy finger. At that point Capcom had said that it may find some use in the future, and it’s possible that this update is what sheds some light on it. The game also got a creepy, nasty new trailer recently, which shows the whole Baker family for the first time. They’re also zombies feasting on guts sitting around a dining table, but that’s besides the point.
Resident Evil VII: Biohazard will release on 27th January for the PC, Xbox One and PS 4.
