An awesome list of games are releasing this week so get ready to fasten your seat belts and drive through the craziest week of this year. This week we get Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes, Just Dance 2016, Guitar Hero Live, Tales of Zestiria, Life is Strange: Polarized, Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 5(The Vault of the Traveler) and Sword Coast Legends.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
Developers: Ubisoft Quebec | Publishers: Ubisoft | Release Date: October 23, 2015.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is the 9th installment in the series of Assassin’s Creed. The story begins in London 1868 during the industrial Revolution. Incredible age of invention, growing population and growing job opportunities transforms life of people with technologies. Still the evil Templar Order persists who establishes a powerful order, slavery has been taken to a new level. Lower class people unite to take down the Templar. Meanwhile the story follows Jacob and his twin sister Evie Frye from resistant group who plan to take down Templar and save the city from the evil rule.
For the first time in Assassin’s Creed series player can switch between players i.e player can either be a male protagonist who is an expert in close combat or play as a female protagonist who is a strong in stealth and an intelligent Assassin player ever had. The game has necessary improvements in stealth and combat with continual improvements, new travelling systems and refined combat and stealth mechanics.
Each character in the game has different set of skill tree and thus a different play style. It is assumed that the majority of the game will be played by Jacob though each mission will be attributed and designated to only one of the twins.
The game in London has more restrictions over open weaponry and therefore most of the game has to be carried through fistfights. In addition the game has rope launcher which could attach through building so that player can travel easily. Side missions and quests involve kidnapping enemies for ransom then put them inside horse carriages and take them to a drop-off points.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be similar to Unity but in a faster pace. Gamers can take control over the Templar and establish Great Britain’s fiercest gang on October 23rd PC, PS4, Xbox One. This weekend will be really cool with this installment in the Assassin’s Creed Syndicate series.
The Legend Of Zelda: TriForce Heroes

Eighteenth installment in The Legend of Zelda series, the game isThree Musketeers of different colors unite to fight enemies and solve puzzles. Similar to previous multiplayer Zelda titles, such as Four Swords Adventures, players must work together, using the items they receive at the start of each level to help each other progress. The best part in the game is you can stack the three layers in a totem pole, allowing the top player to reach higher elevations, attack enemies, and perform other actions.
A single player can play the game using artificially intelligent doll like companions that can be controlled with the Nintendo 3DS touchscreen, though the main does not support two players without a third. Game also supports both local and multiplayer gameplay, wherein players use icons on the touchscreen to communicate with each other, as well as a competitive Colosseum mode. This Nintendo 3DS handheld action adventure game will be released on October 23, 2015.
Just Dance 2016
Developers: Ubisoft Pune, Ubisoft Milan, Ubisoft Paris | Publishers: Ubisoft | Release Date: October 2016
Seventh installment in the series of Just Dance. Similar to its prequel Just Dance 2015 is an upcoming dance video game. A three-month subscription to Just Dance Unlimited is included as part of a higher-priced version of Just Dance 2016 knows as Gold Edition.
Players can stream upto 150 songs from previous Just Dance titles on launch, as well as new songs that will be exclusive to the service. New features to be added on Just Dance 2016 will include “Dance Party” encompassing competitive and co-operative multiplayer modes, and the ability to send recordings to performances alongside challenges to other players. This new version of Just Dance will include “Showtime”, which will allow players to record lip sync music video songs with themed visual effects.
Guitar Hero Live
Developers: FreeStyleGames | Publishers: Activision | Release Date: October 20, 2015
The game is the first new entry in the series since Warriors of Rock happened. Guitar Hero Live will bring new changes to the gameplay and experience. These changes include a revamped guitar controller with a new, 6-button layout. The game will impress players with its new in-game presentation style that utilizes full motion video.
Guitar shaped controller with buttons and a strum bar to match those notes played in a song. Six buttons will be arranged in two rows of three. Lower difficulty levels will use only one row whereas game in difficulty mode will use both rows. The game will also include vocals, allowing players to sing along in tone.
However the only backlash of this game is, there are no instruments such as bass guitar or drums. In addition to songs that will be shipped on disc, additional songs will be introduced to the game through Guitar Hero TV.
This epic music video game will see you on October 23, 2015 on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One and iOS.
Tales Of Zestiria

Fifteenth main entry in tale series, an epic role playing game series in Japan and has bagged few bucks in Japan since the game has already released in Japan on January 22nd 2015.
Sorey, a young man blessed with powers by a mystical spirit race known as Seraphim who act as a stabilizing force in the land, as he travels to free the land of Glenwood from the threat of Hellion. Hellions are the creatures spawned by negative power. The game will involve the ability of a player to execute special commands such as slicing through minor obstacles, smashing large obstacles, temporarily shielding themselves from hellion’s vision etc etc.
Special abilities can be unlocked for characters by performing side-quests for creature called Normins scattered through the land. Action based Linear Motion Battle System(LMBS) used in Zestiria is called the Fusionic Chain. Unlike prequels the upcoming version i.e Tales of Zestiria will bring a change in Battle modes.
Life Is Strange: Polarized
Developers: Dontnod Entertainment | Publishers: Square Enix | Release Date: October 20, 2015
Introducing the mechanic of rewinding time allows the player to go back and redo any action other what is done past a checkpoint.The game plot of Life Is Strange is interesting and unique in every possible way. Featuring a photography student who has the ability to rewind time at any moment, leading her every choice to enact the butterfly effect.
Life Is Strange consists of five episodes out of which four have already been released and the fifth episode i.e ‘Life Is Strange: Polarized‘ will be the last and will be out this week. In the game, story and character’s actions will be able to adjust the narrative as it unfolds, and reshape it once allowed to travel back in time. The game will run on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on October 20, 2015.
Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 5

Similar to Life Is Strange, Tales of Borderlands is an episodic point-and-click graphic adventure video game.Tales is presented in media res as a mysterious stranger has captured Rhys and Fions, and listens to them tell their individual sides of the story of how they got to this point. Interesting, right?
The player in Tales of Borderlands will be able to move their player-character around the world’s environment interacting with objects which include conversation with trees. The choices made by player will have an impact over the story elements. In addition, the gameplay involves some shooting elements which majorly involve the player in looting.
Tales of Borderlands consist of five episodes and out of which four are out and the fifth i.e “The Vault of the Traveler” will be out this week for Windows, PS3 and PS4 on October 20, 2015 whereas Xbox 360, Xbox One, Android and iOS users have to wait till October 21. 2015.
Sword Coast Legends

Sword Coast Legends is an action role play game set within the universe of Forgotten Realms and a campaign setting of Dungeons & Dragons. The game is set in fictional Sword coast region of super continent Faerun on planet Torill.
The game will exhibit older Dungeons & Dragons games such as Baldur’s Gate and Neverwinter Night series. Now, here is the interesting part the game will allow player to be a Dungeon Master but with very limited tools, so the game will not resemble Dungeons & Dragons completely.
Sword Coast Legends graphics will be 3d with isometric viewpoint. The game has been announced for a worldwide release on October 20, 2015 for Windows, OS X and Linus whereas Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are expected to come out in 2016.
