Ni No Kuni 2, the sequel to the critically acclaimed PS 3 and Nintendo DS title is on the way to PC as well, and the news keeps getting better, as it seems like a huge improvement over the first title.
The latest trailer shows off the game’s impressive combat system and animations, and you even get a glimpse of the overworld and exploration. The heroes beat down Thogg, the Woolly Bully of…..somewhere. On the plus side, there are no random battles in the game, meaning you can roam around and explore freely without constantly being interrupted. Combat starts only after your party makes contact with an enemy. To aid you in battle, you get a horde of small creatures (which are rather cute in my opinion) to boss around. The game seems better than its predecessor in every sense, and thankfully it’s not only on consoles.
Ni No Kuni 2 is scheduled for a 2017 release for the Windows PC and PlayStation 4. A definite launch date hasn’t been announced yet.
