Tata Sky Binge is a new app based service which offers premium content from multiple indigenous OTT services like Hotstar, Sun NXT, Eros NOW, Hungama at a flat rate of Rs. 249 for existing Tata Sky users. The Tata Sky Binge app will run on a special edition of the Amazon Fire TV stick called, rather unimaginatively, Amazon Fire TV Stick – Tata Sky Edition.
Binge Subscribers will also have access to VOD library offered by Tata Sky which has 5000+ titles in its catalogue. Week old episodes of popular TV shows will also be available on demand.
For Tata Sky subscribers, the company will offer a 30 day free trial. If the service is purchased, a 3 month subscription to Amazon Prime will also be offered for free.The starter pack for the service will consist of an Amazon FireTV Stick – Tata Sky Edition and Alexa Voice Remote with the Tata Sky Binge app pre-installed.
Tata Sky Binge will offer the best of Bollywood, Hollywood, Cricket, regional cinema, web-series across a diverse mix of apps and also help catch up on the missed episodes of your favourite English and Hindi TV shows.
