Dan Vaderlind has confirmed that his next project is going to be the next Battlefield game, since Star Wars: Battlefront Project is concluded! This is actually not very surprising as a news, as the latest installment in the Battlefield series, Battlefield Hardline was managed by Visceral games. The last Battlefield game DICE developed was Battlefield 4 in late 2013.
DICE also has Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, and the season pass of Star Wars: Battlefront as concurrent projects.However, it’s main project at the moment is the next Battlefield game.
