The first month of this new year has been relatively quiet in terms of game releases, but February on the other hand has some good titles that we can look forward to, let’s get right to it then-
Far Cry Classic
As boat captain Jack Carver, players are up against a group of highly trained mercenaries set in a tropical island. This game has got a full HD revamp and features “stunning foliage”, real-time day and night cycles, underwater sections and flying vehicles too.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII
Square Enix returns with a third thirteenth outing, which also concludes Lightning’s story however continues to evolve its mechanics. The game features more action oriented combat and more open ended exploration.

The LEGO Movie Videogame
A game to definitely look forward to. This game has more than 90 characters inspired by the movie. Players take on role of various superheroes in order to stop an evil LEGO tyrant from gluing the universe together.

Rambo: The Video Game
This game, just like the movie, promises “full-on” action, with players able to use Rambo’s iconic weapon set. This game has many modes including ‘shoot-out’, which will offer fixed-perspective, cover-based shoot-outs. And also ‘Stealth Hunt’ which has players infiltrate camps using a knife and bow.

Plants vs. Zombies : Garden Warfare
This games shows a transition in gameplay as ‘Garden Warfare’ moves the perspective into a third person, class based shooter. The game is being launched at a discounted price point, with ten maps, three modes and eight character classes at launch.

Thief
Essentially a reboot of the classic PC stealth series. The game casts players as the master thief Garrett, as he intends to steal from the rich. Similar to the previous titles, this game demands players to be always on the lookout and constantly use stealth in order to overcome obstacles.
