Titanfall 2 has removed Denuvo anti-tamper protection, and, as was to be expected, the games was cracked and uploaded to torrent sites near instantly. The game was received really well critically but hasn’t sold as well as it should’ve. This was primarily due to an terrible release window, right between Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. With an extremely enjoyable single player campaign and a fun multiplayer, Titanfall 2 was one of my favorite games last year, and it’s absolutely worth playing.

Titanfall 2 getting cracked is not a direct hit to Denuvo, since it happened after Denuvo was taken off the software, but it does re-affirm a negative perception towards it by gamers.
